Skill reset 1 tree BUG

1. I tried to reset my skills (with scroll for 1 tree) and its bugged

   I pressed reset on ths tree LAST SURVIVOR ( I Didnt missclick 100% checked couple times before doing ) 
   PRESSED OK RESET
   But after that i see the item in my inventory AGAIN i press reset and it reset my SPEAR tree and item dissapeared.
   I relog in to the game to see if its fixed.

   And i have points only for spear tree!
   Can i have another reset pls? i used all my gold for that one for duel tournament(

It's better to send a ticket rather than posting here in the forum (if you haven’t already done so). The GMs will respond to the ticket instead of replying here.
